Portugal Unplugged Yoga weeklong Retreat 14th - 21st September 2025
7 nights at Serra Vida Retreat Centre in the middle of São Mamede Natural Park
7 night Yoga retreat in at Serra Vida Retreat Centre located in a lush valley with the river Sever flowing through 8.5 Hectares of land. Situated in the middle of São Mamede Natural Park the location is a diverse wildlife sanctuary and ever evolving food forest. With Wellbeing with Keri and guest teacher Sarah Parkes.
Accommodation and 3 meals a day (apart from lunch on day excursion), 2 Daily Yoga classes, Daily Meditation, plus additional group activities/Ritual, Airport transfer (Afternoon arrival & early morning departure *Please contact if your flights are at different times to see how we might accommodate you)
